Ha sido una temporada larga sin liberar nuevas historias en la web, el espacio de tiempo se ha debido a nuestra mudanza a Ecuador. / TRANSLATION: Friends, it’s been a while since we don’t let free a new story on the web, we had been moving to Ecuador, that’s why.

Hay varios cuentos cocinándose, y muchos listos para salir del horno que los iremos soltando gradualmente pero no podíamos dejar pasar esta fecha para desearles lo mejor en este nuevo ciclo llamado 2017. / There are some stories that we are still cooking and some are ready to take out of the oven, we were planning to free them gradually but we couldn’t let this opportunity to pass without wishing you all the best in this new cycle called 2017.

Y con este motivo dejarles con una historia Sudafricana de la época en la que vivimos en Die Rand (Frontera en Afrikaans) Stellenbosch, durante el año 2015 y 2016. / And with this energy we want to share with you a South African story from the time we lived in Die Rand (Border in Afrikaans), a private complex located in Stellenbosch, between 2015 and 2016.

En este barrio vivían dos conejos, por muchas mañanas y tardes, los buscamos, recorriendo Die Rand. Las siguientes son imágenes que representan nuestra búsqueda. / In this neighborhood there were two rabbits,  for many mornings and afternoons we looked for them going around Die Rand. This images represent our search.

De paso queremos contarles un poquito de lo recorrido estos tiempos por el Ecuador. Tuvimos la grata experiencia de trabajar en la dirección de fotografía y edición del cortometraje «Ñaña» realizado en Manta con el asesoramiento de Sebastián Cordero y pre-estrenarlo en el Festival Manabí Profundo, esperamos pronto poder compartir con ustedes novedades de este corto. Muy pronto también, estaremos liberando en la web al cortometraje «Guión. No son para nada paranoias» que se estreno el pasado 24 de noviembre en la sala Catarsis. / We had also the great chance to work on the photography direction and editing of «Ñaña» («Sister») a short film made in Manta with the supervising of Sebastián Cordero and pre-premiered on the Manabí Profundo Film Festival, we hope we can soon share with you more about this film. Very soon, we will also free on the web «Script.» the short film we premiered on the 24 November at the Catarsis independent film platform.

La serie fotográfica «Migraciones» ha tenido un lindo recibimiento, recientemente fue invitada a ser parte de Foto Feminas, una plataforma dedicada a difundir el trabajo de fotógrafas latinoamericanas, quienes compartieron parte de este proyecto y una entrevista en audio, este es el enlace de Foto Feminas: María Fernanda García y fue invitada por la revista, recién estrenada, INDEX donde se publicó a manera de ensayo visual un fragmento, y una de las fotos apareció en la portada.
