Nuevos (viejos) cuentos han sido subidos a esta web que ha sido recientemente actualizada, y tenemos algunas novedades que nos gustaría compartirles.
Comenzando con un viejo cuento que ha estado guardado, entre muchos otros, en el cajón de cuentos que esperan algún día ver la luz de la imprenta, pero hoy ven la luz a través del internet:
Un cuento escrito e ilustrado durante viajes de estudio entre el 2007 y el 2009, dedicado a nuestra joven abuelita Maguita, que cursa sus 93 años y mantiene la dulzura que inspiro esta historia.
New (old) stories have been uploaded to Jiráfica´s website that has been recently updated, we also have some news that we would like to share with you.
Beginig with an old story that has been saved unpublished for long, among many others, which are in the box of stories that wait some day to see the light of the printing press, but today they see the light through the internet:
A story written and illustrated during study journeys between 2007 and 2009, dedicated to our young grandma Maguita, who is now 93 years old and maintains the sweetness that inspired this narration.

Contentos les compartimos de paso la publicación del Washington Post en donde como portada de una ensayo sobre la fotografía latinoamericana apareció una foto de nuestra serie «Migrations», así como su aparición en una publicación de la revista A woman´s thing y la entrevista al jiráfico José Cardoso por Tuga Astudillo para Diario el Mercurio.
Seguido de esta chévere noticia que recibimos recientemente, nuestro trabajo ha sido mencionado en el libro Animation A World History por Ginnalberto Bendazzi, el principal compendio mundial de animación, en su tercera edición dedicada a animadores contemporáneos. Canto Ancestral y Un maravilloso estado son algunas de las animaciones de Jiráfica que aparecen en este libro.
Happily we share with you the publication of the Washington Post where as a cover of an essay on Latin American photography appeared a photograph of our series «Migrations» appeared, as well as its appearance in a magazine publication A woman´s thing and finally the interview with the jiráfico José Cardoso by Tuga Astudillo for Diario el Mercurio.
Followed by this nice news we got recently, our work has been mentioned in the book A world History by Ginnalberto Bendazzi, the most important book about animation history worldwide, in it third volume dedicated to contemporary animators. Mentioning A marvellous state, Ancestral Song among other Jiráfica´s animations.
